High-security financial office — nothing is straightforward

A leading financial institution was vacating their Grade A CBD office — a premium space fitted out to financial-sector standards with specialist security installations, confidential document storage, and IT infrastructure that required careful, documented decommissioning.

Reinstatement in financial services environments is categorically different from standard office projects. The vault system alone required a specialist approach. The IT decommissioning had to follow the client's internal data security protocols. Every removal was documented. Every disposal was certified.

Financial Sector Reinstatement — What's Different

Vault systems and secure storage can't just be "removed" — they require specialist dismantling and certified disposal documentation. IT infrastructure decommissioning must comply with the client's data security and chain-of-custody requirements. We coordinate with the client's internal security and IT teams, not around them.

01Vault and secure storage removal — Specialist dismantling of vault systems and secure shelving; full compliance with confidentiality protocols and certified disposal
02IT infrastructure decommissioning — Server rooms, comms rooms, and workstation infrastructure removed in coordination with the client's IT security team
03Recessed lighting reinstatement — Premium ceiling lighting removed and original ceiling configuration restored to landlord specification
04Partition wall dismantling — Full perimeter and internal glass/drywall partition system removed; openings patched and plastered
05Premium carpet removal — High-specification carpet tiles removed; concrete subfloor prepared to handover standard
06Built-in cabinetry and executive furnishings — All custom joinery, built-in cabinetry, and fixed furnishings removed without wall or floor damage
07Pantry and amenity reinstatement — Full kitchen and pantry strip-out; plumbing capped and surfaces restored
08Low-VOC repainting throughout — All wall and ceiling surfaces repainted to Grade A landlord specification
09Landlord coordination and documentation — Full project documentation package delivered; landlord walk-through managed and signed off
On Time

The space was handed over on the agreed date with the landlord's full sign-off. All sensitive installations were removed without incident and with complete documentation. The client's internal security team confirmed chain-of-custody compliance throughout. The Grade A landlord raised no defect rectification requests.
